Quality is one of our priorities. In order to achieve, assure and improve the quality of production and service, we focus on the following.

Customer feedback

We carry out customer loyalty research on a regular basis among architects, property developers, construction companies and end users. This way we receive feedback on the quality of our products, and ideas on how to develop our products based on customers' requirements.

Perfect raw material, top-level deliverers

We use the best materials because only this way can we manufacture the very best products. The timber delivered for windows and doors is of a high quality, and other components are also delivered by the best in their particular fields: Pilkington, St Gobain, Fix, ASSA, DFDS are names that do not require any special introduction.

Research and development

Our company invests into novel production technology and modern technical solutions. At the same time, we are devoted to the development of our employees: our regular training covers various areas.

We continuously test our products to ensure they correspond to the specified requirements. We have inspected the characteristics of our products at Swedish SP, in Norway, and in Denmark at the Arhus Test Centers. Novel solutions are tested on our own test bed.

Quality control

Upon receiving the material we check that it corresponds to requirements. The material is supervised during the whole production process. Before delivery to the customer, the product is thoroughly inspected.

We pay a lot of attention to the avoidance of defects and faults: The continuous inspection of the work ensures that all customers receive their products at the specified time, and that the product meets all quality requirements.

Flexibility

We have customers in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Island and Japan. As marketing differences demand many requirements from our products, we are able to work flexibly in accordance with any customer's individual requirements.
